Quick Summary
Defective or wrong item? Tell us within 24 hours for a free replacement.
Want a different item instead? Contact us within 24 hours — you’ll cover the shipping cost.
Changed your mind? You can still return it by covering the delivery charge (80 BDT within Dhaka, 140 BDT outside).
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice.
Exchange Policy
Defective or Incorrect Products If you receive a defective or incorrect item, let us know within 24 hours of receiving it. We’ll send a replacement at no additional delivery cost.
Exchange by Preference If the product matches your invoice but you’d simply like to exchange it for something else, contact us within 24 hours via Facebook or WhatsApp. The shipping cost for the exchange will be covered by you.
Exchange Window Exchanges can only be requested within 24 hours of receiving your product — after that window, we’re unable to accept exchange requests.
Return & Refund Policy
Defective or Wrong Products You can return a defective or incorrect item directly to the delivery person at the time of delivery. Once the delivery person has left, this option is no longer available.
Change of Mind If you’re unavailable at delivery, change your mind, or the product doesn’t meet your expectations, you can still return it by covering the applicable delivery charge:
Within Dhaka: 80 BDT
Outside Dhaka: 140 BDT
Return Conditions Used or washed items cannot be returned or exchanged. All returns must include the original packaging, tags, and invoice — without these, we won’t be able to process the return.
Refund Process Refunds are issued once the returned item reaches our warehouse and we confirm it’s in its original condition.
