⬇️ Product Exchange and Return Policy:

Exchange Policy:

1. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving it. We’ll send you a replacement with no additional delivery charges.
2. If the product is as per the invoice but you want to exchange it for another item, just contact us within 24 hours via our Facebook page or the WhatsApp number on our website. You’ll need to cover the shipping cost for the exchange.
3. Exchanges will not be accepted after 24 hours of receiving the product.

Return and Refund Policy:

1. If you receive a defective or wrong product, you can return it directly to the delivery person when they arrive. Once the delivery person leaves, the return policy will no longer apply.
2. If you change your mind or are unavailable at the delivery location, or if the product just doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it by paying the delivery charge.
   • Delivery charge within Dhaka city: 80 BDT
   • Delivery charge outside Dhaka city: 140 BDT
3. Used or washed products can’t be returned or exchanged.
4. When returning a product, please make sure it’s in its original packaging, with all tags and the invoice intact. If these aren’t in place, we won’t be able to accept the return.
5. For refunds, the product needs to be returned to our warehouse. Once we receive it and confirm it’s in the same condition, we’ll process your refund.
