Order Progress & Delivery Time:

  • Stock Available & Regular Orders: We aim to deliver your order within 3-7 days after confirmation.

  • Pre-Order & Custom Orders: For specially designed or pre-order products, delivery may take 20-35 days. You can track the progress of your order through your order details page. Please note that, if there are no product issues, pre-order items are non-refundable.

  • Please note that for pre-order items, a partial payment is required at the time of ordering via our bKash payment system.

Delivery Charges:

  • Within Dhaka: Delivery charge is 80 BDT. Cash on delivery is available.

  • Outside Dhaka: Delivery charge is 140 BDT. Cash on delivery is also available.
